As a scientist and health educator for 20+ years, I have helped hundreds of clients look and feel their best. I created Skin + Health Co.™ to bring together skin science with integrative health and wellness to empower everyone to feel good and age well.
Through my multi-disciplinary approach, I provide guidance that is grounded in science and self-love. From product and routine recommendations, supplements, stress support, nutritional coaching and more, I consider much more than just your cleanser or serum.
